Terms & refunds

The $7 Marketing Fix is a one-time purchase of $7 USD. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. In return you get a guided assessment of your business, a diagnosis of where your revenue path breaks first, a Minimum Viable Sales System, a seven-day action plan, drafted messaging, and a saved dashboard you can return to and update.

Access is granted the moment PayPal confirms your payment. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for.

If it is not useful to you, email bodegasjohnny@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and you will be refunded in full. No form, no reason required.

Refunds are issued through PayPal to the payment method you used. PayPal may take a few days to show it on your side.

When a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, access to the dashboard is withdrawn. Your answers and any plan you built are kept, and purchasing again reopens them.

The diagnosis and plan are worked out from your own answers by a fixed set of rules. They are advice, and advice depends on your offer, your market and what you actually do with it. No sales, revenue, lead or ranking outcome is promised or implied, and nothing here should be read as a guarantee.

Parts of the plan — the drafted messages, scripts and copy — are produced by an AI model working from your answers and from the diagnosis. They are drafts for you to check and make your own, not finished marketing.

You need an account to buy and to use the product. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login. One purchase is for one business — if you run several, each needs its own assessment.

You may not use the product to attack, probe or overload the service, or to resell the generated output as your own product.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change never takes away access you have already paid for.
